  1. How do I find out if Zoner Photo Studio or the other Zoner Software product has the functionality I need?

    Zoner Photo Studio is available as a fully functional trial version. During the trial period, all features in the Zoner Software trial editions are available for the duration of the 30-day trial period.

  2. How do I download, install, and begin using Zoner Photo Studio?

    To download the free 30-day trial of Zoner Photo Studio, visit the Products page, or just click below:

    To install Zoner Photo Studio, go to the folder where you downloaded the installer, then double-click the installer, and then follow the instructions in the setup wizard. (To install the program using default settings, select the Express installation.)

    To begin using Zoner Photo Studio right away, keep the "Launch Zoner Photo Studio 13" item checked at the end of the setup wizard.

    To launch Zoner Photo Studio later on, double-click the Windows Desktop icon or use the Windows Start menu.

  3. How do I upgrade from a previous version of Zoner Photo Studio to Zoner Photo Studio 13?

    To upgrade at a discount from a previous version of Zoner Photo Studio, visit the Upgrades page and enter your license code from your previous version. Upgrades to Zoner Photo Studio are available from Zoner Photo Studio 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12.

  4. I am using a trial version of Zoner Photo Studio. How can I purchase and activate the paid version?

    To purchase Zoner Photo Studio from inside the program, use the Browser’s Help | Buy/Activate... menu item.

    To purchase Zoner Photo Studio from this website, visit the Products page.

    To activate a full version while starting up the Zoner Photo Studio trial, use the welcome screen to enter the license code that you receive by e-mail after your purchase, and then click Activate....

    To activate a full version after starting up the Zoner Photo Studio trial, use the Browser’s Help | Buy/Activate... menu item, use the window this displays to enter the license code that you received by e-mail after your purchase, and then click Activate....

  5. Why didn’t the Zoner Photo Studio activation window accept my license code?

    The license code must be entered exactly as it written on the notification you received (typically by email). Extra spaces or other typos in the activation field will be rejected. The activation window may have rejected the code because you mistyped it, because you mistook one character for another (e.g. an "S" for a "5"), or because you typed spaces or hyphens ("-") between the parts of the code.

    If you received your license code by email, then the easiest way to avoid entry mistakes is to "copy and paste" the license code. To copy the license code, use the Copy command in the Edit menu of your email program (or other program where you received the code). To paste the license code, go to the activation window, right-click over any of the fields for entering the code, and use Paste in the menu that appears.

  6. I have misplaced my license code, can you send me a reminder of the code?

    To receive a reminder of your license code, please include the following information when contacting customer support so that we can identify you as a customer and locate your license code:

    • The email address you entered when registering your license code, or
    • The email you received after making your online purchase, or some other proof of purchase.
