  1. Can I run Zoner Photo Studio 13 and an earlier version on the same computer?

    Yes, you can run Zoner Photo Studio 13 and an earlier version on the same computer. They will not interfere with each other.

  3. I received and activated Zoner Photo Studio Xpress from a magazine, and after a few weeks many functions became unavailable. What happened?

    Your trial period of Zoner Photo Studio 12 Professional has ended. From time to time, we offer limited-feature edition, such as Zoner Photo Studio Xpress, in magazines and online. These special offers provide a trial period of the Professional edition. At the end of the trial period, the program starts behaving as the Xpress edition.

  4. Will Zoner Photo Studio support RAW files from my camera?

    The Professional Edition of Zoner Photo Studio supports RAW files from your camera. Zoner Photo Studio Professional Edition supports RAW formats in two ways: directly or with the help of Adobe DNG Converter. We continuously expand support for the latest RAW formats.

  5. May I download and reinstall Zoner Photo Studio?

    We understand that it is necessary sometimes to reinstall software programs. Once you have purchased Zoner Photo Studio, you are able to download and reinstall Zoner Photo Studio on your computer.
