1. I purchased a Zoner Software product from your website, but I haven’t received my license code email yet. Where can I get my license code?

   Your license code has been sent to the email address you entered during the online purchase process. If you do not see the email in your Inbox please also check your Spam folder (some email programs and services misclassify license code emails as spam). The notification email messages are sent by our e-commerce provider from the following address: cs@cleverbridge.com

2. I received Zoner Photo Studio Xpress in a magazine. Do I need a license code to install and use the program?

   Your license code will be emailed to you after you register your copy of Zoner Photo Studio on the Web. To register, follow the instructions on the welcome screen during installation.

3. Does Zoner Photo Studio work on Macintosh or Linux computers?

   No, Zoner Photo Studio is designed only for PCs running Microsoft Windows. Check System Requirements for further details.
   

4. Is Zoner Photo Studio compatible with the Microsoft Vista operating system?

   Zoner Photo Studio 13 is Vista-compatible. Because earlier versions of Zoner Photo Studio do have some limitations when used with Microsoft Vista, we recommend upgrading to Zoner Photo Studio 13 for use on computers running Vista. Check System Requirements for further details.

5. I downloaded a trial version, but the welcome screen asks me for a license code. Can’t I use the trial?

   To begin using the Zoner Photo Studio trial version, click "Evaluate" on the welcome screen. The trial is valid for 30 days from the date of installation on your computer. To upgrade to the full version, simply enter a valid license code as indicated and click "Activate".

6. I need to download Zoner Photo Studio to re-install on my computer. Where can I get the installation software?

   Visit the Support section to download the latest version of Zoner Photo Studio 13. For earlier versions, click here or send us information letting us know which version you are using.
