Version 2 Bank Account

Please take notice that :

1. any payment to Version 2 Limited should only be made to an account maintained with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, which is the only bank account of Version 2 Limited in Hong Kong for receipt of payment purpose.
    
2. Version 2 Limited shall not be responsible for any loss and damages in case:
   (i)the payment is made to an account not in the name of Version 2 Limited notwithstanding that the account(s) is/are provided by representatives of Version 2 Limited; and
   
   (ii)the payment is made to an account other than Version 2 Limited HSBC account notwithstanding that the account(s) is/are provided by representatives of Version 2 Limited.
